Step 1: On your mobile device, download the Peach Bowl app through the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
Step 2: Open the Peach Bowl app. Select ‘Tickets’ on the bottom navigation panel. Select “Manage My Tickets.”
3. Log in to your online account using the email and password affiliated with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl account. If you do not remember your password or this is your first time accessing the account, click ‘Forgot Password’ to have a temporary one sent to you.
4. Press anywhere on the 2019 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl event image to view your tickets.
5. Click the ‘Transfer’ button at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
6. Select the seat(s) that you would like to transfer, then press ‘Transfer’.
7. If you wish to send your ticket/s to a recipient who is already in your contact book, click “Select from Contacts”. If you wish to enter a new email or phone number click “Manually Enter a Recipient”
8. If you chose to “Select from Contacts” the information has been inserted for you. You may add a customized message and press “Send Ticket” in the bottom right-hand corner. If you chose to “Manually Enter a Recipient”, enter the recipient’s information and press “Send Ticket” in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
9. Your email will automatically send or the SMS messaging app will automatically open based on what selections you have made in previous steps. Press the necessary send button and your message and ticket/s are on the way!
10. Once your text message or email has sent the ticket/s you have chosen to transfer will now appear grey. You will receive email notification upon transferring your ticket/s and once the recipient accepts the transferred ticket/s. You may cancel the transfer any time before the recipient has claimed it by pressing the “Cancel Transfer” button.
