Which team will be on the home side for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl?

The higher-ranked team will be considered the home team for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and will be on the Section 108C-112C side of the field.

Do toddlers need a game ticket for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl?

Everyone, regardless of age, requires a ticket to enter the stadium per our contract with the College Football Playoff.

Will alcohol be served at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl?

Alcohol will be served in all levels of the stadium for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl until the start of the third quarter.

Mobile is the only delivery method showing when I try to purchase tickets through your website. Can I get souvenir tickets?

Prior to October 1st, we can accommodate you for a $20 total printing and shipping fee. Please give us a call at 404-586-8499 or send an email to tickets@cfabowl.com with your request. But please know that any tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com will be unable to be printed on souvenir tickets.

I have digital tickets, how do I download them to my phone? What app do I use?

At this time, we do not have an app. If you received a confirmation from tickets@cfabowl.com, your tickets will not be viewable on the Ticketmaster app either, as we have a separate system.  Please follow the steps outlined in the LINK on your mobile device to download your tickets.

I need to transfer my digital tickets to someone. How do I do this?

Ticket transfers will be enabled in mid-to-late November once hard tickets have been shipped. If purchased through our office, you can transfer them via your Account Manager.  Check out this LINK for step by step information on transferring your tickets.

When will my souvenir tickets be delivered?

We expect any hard ticket orders for renewal buyers to be fulfilled in mid-to-late November before teams are announced. Please contact our office if you have not received your tickets by Monday, December 10.  Tickets purchased outside of renewals, or after October 1st, will ONLY be available on your mobile device.

I can no longer go to the game. Do you do refunds? How can I sell my tickets?

We do not issue refunds for any reason. Ticketmaster hosts our official Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Ticket Exchange if you can no longer make it to the game.  Once our exchange is live, you will be able to post your tickets for resale through your Account Manager page at face value.

Where is the box office located? Can I leave tickets at Will Call the day of the game for my friends to pick up?

The box office is located at Gate 1. We are happy to provide ticket resolution services to ensure that all customers with a valid ticket enter the stadium, but we do not accept ticket drop offs on game day.

Will tickets be available at the Box Office to purchase on game day?

Select tickets may be on sale at the Box Office on game day, but it is not a guarantee that there will be seats available.

I was recently injured and need ADA seating. Can you help me?

We will have a limited number of tickets at the Gate 1 Box Office for ADA ticket swaps on game day. Please note that we will only be able to fulfill these requests while supplies last.

How do I change my address on my account?

Log in to your Account Manager site and click the drop down arrow near your name in the top right corner. Click “your account” and then “manage my personal profile” to change your address, phone number, and personal information. Or, you can always call us at 404-586-8499 or email your new info to tickets@cfabowl.com.

I am on a payment plan but need to change my card information. Where can I do that?

Payment plans are only available during the renewal period. If you need to change your card on file please call our office at 404-586-8499.  The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl does NOT accept Discover as a credit card payment method.

Are club seats available for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl?

Most Club Level seats are allocated to participating teams or Mercedes-Benz Stadium Club PSL holders that had first right to purchase the tickets. However, if any inventory remains, we will present Club/Premium ticket options to our renewal buyers for purchase before the general public.  Club seats are NOT renewable from year-to-year.

Do you have discounts for large groups?

We do not offer discounts or group rates on tickets.

Where can I park / what’s the best way to get to the stadium?

Parking will be available for sale on our website by December 1, 2018.

Why should I renew my tickets?

By renewing, you will guarantee your same seat locations for future games. Renewal buyers receive the first opportunity to upgrade your existing seats and purchase additional tickets if they become available before the general public.  As a renewal buyer, you will have first opportunity to purchase Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game tickets while inventory remains.  Eligible renewal buyers (purchase 10 or more Bowl tickets two years in a row) are placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list for a chance to purchase SEC Championship tickets.  Additionally, each Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl ticket purchased also includes a FanFest ticket!

Am I eligible to purchase SEC Championship tickets?

To be eligible for SEC tickets, you must purchase ten (10) or more Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl tickets 2 years in a row. From there, buyers are placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list based off their renewal date.  The earlier you renew, the higher your placement on the list.  Please view the full SEC Championship ticket policy HERE. No buyer is guaranteed SEC Championship tickets, regardless of when you renew or how many tickets you purchase, and all buyers go on a first-come, first-served waiting list based off when you renew your Bowl tickets.

Does my purchase of Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl tickets guarantee me Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game tickets?

Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl renewal buyers have the first opportunity to purchase Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game tickets while supplies last during the Bowl renewal period. But please know that Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game tickets are NOT guaranteed to all Bowl renewal buyers.  Availability is determined on a per-game-basis based off how many seats are allocated to the participating schools.  Some years there may not be many seats available for renewal buyers to purchase.  But we will always be sure renewal buyers have an offer to purchase before any of our Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game seats are sold publicly.
