Last summer, the brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium opened its doors. The first college football games in Atlanta’s new state-of-the-art stadium? The 2017 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Games – Alabama vs. Florida State (Saturday, Sept. 2) and Georgia Tech vs. Tennessee (Monday, Sept. 4).
Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a world-class sports and entertainment facility and home to the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United. The multi-purpose stadium will host major sports and entertainment events, including the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, Chick-fil-A Kickoff Games, the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship, the 2019 Super Bowl, and the 2020 NCAA Men’s Final Four.
From technology, food and beverage, fan comfort, merchandise and more, it is the finest sports & entertainment facility in the world.
Mercedes Benz Stadium is now a cashless venue. If you do not bring a credit or debit card there are ten cash-to-card kiosks that will be available. Guests will be able to feed the cash into the machine and obtain a pre-paid debit card with the same amount with no transaction fee. These cards can be utilized as any other pre-paid debit card or credit card within the stadium as well as outside the stadium.
