Accepting a Ticket Transfer

Step 1: View the email or text message containing the ticket offer. Tap on “Accept Tickets”



Step 2: After clicking the provided link you will need to sign in with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Account Manager credentials. If you do not have a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl account, please select create account.




Step 3: Review the transfer ticket and the tap on “Agree”.



Step 4: After you have accepted the transferred ticket/s you’ll be notified that the transfer was successful click “Continue”. Then, click “Let’s Go” to view your mobile ticket/s.




Step 5: After selecting “Let’s Go” you will be shown your digital ticket on your phones web browser. Please go to your Apple App Store or Google Play to download the Peach Bowl app.




Step 6: Launch the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl app and select “Tickets” from the bottom navigation bar, and then tap “Manage My Tickets”



Step 7. Login with the email and password associated with your Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Account and agree to the terms and services.



Step 8: Select the 2019 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl game event to view your ticket/s.



Step 9: Tap on “View Barcode” to scan your tickets directly from the app. We highly encourage fans to add their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay. This allows you to view your tickets without an internet or cellular data connection.





Step 10: Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay by pressing the black “Add to Wallet” button. Please be aware that screenshots of your tickets WILL NOT scan at the gate.
